Two 8 inches cakes stacked one on top of another. Made with 4 layers each. A double barrel cake can be about 8 to 10 inches tall.

 

In the pictures: Pink champagne cake, filled with vanilla buttercream and frosted with Swiss meringue battercream. Decorated with golden rose white chocolate ganache, a selection of macarons, meringues, mini marshmallows, chocolates and sprinkles.

 

 

Made in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present. Not suitable for people with food allergies because allergens may be present in the environment in which they are made.  

 

For maximum flavour and soft, moist texture, keep it at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving.Consume within: 3 days.
