A delicious way to use avocados, these Avocado Brownies are fudgy and perfect! The recipe is very simple. Remember: serve them chilled and that's it :-)
200 gr. sugar
200 gr. dark chocolate, melted
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
80 gr. self raising flour
85 gr. cocoa powder
2 medium avocados, mashed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In the bowl of a food processor, place the eggs and sugar and mix well (5 mins until fluffy).
Add the melted chocolate and mix again. Add vanilla, flour, cocoa and mix, then add the avocados. Mix until it's completely smooth. Scoop the mixture in the pan. Bake for 25 mins. Slice and serve chilled. Store in the fridge.
