Ingredients: 220 g flour 85 g vegetable oil 100 g brown sugar 100 g chocolate chips 30 g milk or water 180 g mashed banana Mix oil, sugar and banana, then add the flour, milk and chocolate chips. Mix well. Create a kind of balls / disks and put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees.
A nice and healthy recipe for a speedy breakfast. Ingredients: 1 cup of soy milk 1/2 cup of oats 2 teaspoons cocoa powder 1 pear if you prefer it sweeter, use 2 teaspoons of sugar optional: chocolate chips and nuts Heat milk and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan over medium heat until begining to simmer.
