Matcha green tea cake to make in one minute in your favorite mug. The taste is mild and the texture is like a soft sponge cake. Recommended only to serious green tea lovers!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 or 4 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon matcha
1 or 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into an microwave-safe mug.
Mix until batter is smooth.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Let cake cool and then eat.
