A nice and healthy recipe for a speedy breakfast.
1 cup of soy milk
1/2 cup of oats
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
if you prefer it sweeter, use 2 teaspoons of sugar
optional: chocolate chips and nuts
Heat milk and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan over medium heat until begining to simmer.
Reduce heat and add oats, cocoa and sugar.
Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Garnish with chocolate chips, nuts, and/or fruit if desire
