Unfortunately it's not possible to reproduce the taste of the original buttercream without ingredients of animal origin, but there are still valid alternatives. So if you are vegan or have dairy intolerances, here you will find the recipe for you. In fact this is the recipe I use when I get vegan requests and my customers have never complained.
This cream can be flavored with any natural extract.sis
250g vegetable spread (sunflower spread and Trex)
300 g icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Sift the icing sugar and then beat everything until combined.
Use this icing cold.
